The smell of fall in the air makes most people think of apple pie or pumpkin spiced lattes... me... weathered rustic furniture!  Don't ask me why!  But there is something about rustic wood that makes me want to curl up with a blanket.  Okay, & maybe a pumpkin spiced latte.  Here are a few of my favorite inspiration shots that take rustic to the chic side of design.
